Who we are
Infinite Orchard, Inc. (“Infinite Orchard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates AppCrib (appcrib.com) and the software products offered under the Infinite Orchard brand. This policy covers what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

How we share your information
We don't sell your data. We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party tools that help us run things (form processing, analytics, email). They're contractually required to protect your data.
- Advertising partners: Third-party ad networks that display ads on our products. These partners may collect information about your visits to serve relevant ads (see “Advertising” below).
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Advertising
Some of our products show ads from third-party advertising networks, including:
- Google AdSense — Google uses cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. For more information about how Google uses data when you use our site, see How Google uses information from sites that use Google services.
- Infolinks — Infolinks may use cookies and similar technologies to display in-text and display ads. For more information, see the Infolinks Privacy Policy.
These ad partners may collect information about your visits to our site and other websites to provide relevant advertising. We do not control the data collection practices of these third parties.
To opt out of personalized ads more broadly, visit Your Ad Choices or NAI Consumer Opt-Out, or adjust ad settings in your browser.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: To remember your preferences (such as theme settings) and provide core site functionality.
- Analytics: We use PostHog to understand which tools people use and where they run into friction. Our PostHog setup stores no persistent identifiers in your browser (in-memory only), does not record sessions, and honors Do Not Track. We also load Google Tag Manager so we can configure tags without re-deploying; any tags it loads are disclosed in this policy.
- Advertising cookies: Google AdSense and other ad partners set cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve and measure ads. These cookies may track your browsing activity across websites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality and the relevance of ads displayed.
Consent for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on Google AdSense's built-in consent handling for EEA and UK users to gather and manage advertising consent on our behalf. Non-personalized ads are shown where consent is declined or unavailable.
You may choose to consent, decline, or manage your preferences at any time. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your browsing activity.
Legal basis for processing: Where GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: (a) your consent for advertising and analytics cookies; (b) our legitimate interests for essential site functionality and security; and (c) contractual necessity when you use our products.
California residents' rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the following rights regarding personal information we collect about you:
- Right to know: what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: see “Your privacy choices” below.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, IP address); internet or network activity (pages visited, referral source, device/browser information); and inferences drawn from usage patterns (for product analytics).
Business purposes: responding to your messages, serving ads, measuring the effectiveness of ads, understanding product usage, maintaining site security, and meeting legal obligations.
Categories of third parties with whom we share: advertising networks (Google AdSense, Infolinks), analytics providers (PostHog, Google Tag Manager), and service providers (form processing for contact submissions).
To exercise any of these rights, email support@infiniteorchard.ai with the subject line “CCPA Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within 45 days as required by law.
Your privacy choices: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when our site displays personalized ads, the sharing of identifiers and browsing activity with advertising networks may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA. California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser transmits a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request. Google AdSense honors GPC for California residents automatically, and our use of AdSense relies on Google's GPC handling to apply your signal to ad personalization.
Direct opt-out controls:
- Google ads: Google Ads Settings
- Industry-wide opt-out: Your Ad Choices and NAI Consumer Opt-Out
- Infolinks: Infolinks Privacy Policy (opt-out instructions included)
- Browser-level: enable GPC (available in Brave, Firefox, and via extensions for Chrome and Safari), or disable third-party cookies in your browser settings.
You can also email support@infiniteorchard.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and we'll confirm the opt-out on our end.
Data retention
We keep your info only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request a portable copy of your data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@infiniteorchard.ai.
