Perclo is a free, browser-based utility tool operated by Infinite Orchard. This page contains our privacy policy and terms of service. By using Perclo, you agree to the terms described below.

How Perclo Works

Perclo performs all mortgage calculations entirely within your web browser. No data is uploaded to any server.

We do not transmit, store, cache, or log any content you provide to the tool. When the tool produces an output, that output is generated in your browser's memory and saved directly to your device. No copies are created on any remote system.

Consent

When you first visit Perclo, you are presented with a consent prompt. This prompt allows you to accept or decline non-essential services before they are activated. No analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or third-party cookies are loaded until you make a choice.

You can change your consent preferences at any time by clicking the consent settings link in the site footer.

If you decline all non-essential services, Perclo will function normally without analytics or advertisements.

Analytics

If you consent to analytics, Perclo uses PostHog to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This includes information such as page views, session duration, and general browser and device type.

PostHog does not collect personally identifiable information. No names, email addresses, or IP addresses are stored in our analytics. Analytics data is used solely to understand how the tool is used and to improve the experience.

If you do not consent to analytics, PostHog is not loaded and no usage data is collected.

Advertising

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Perclo shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the tool, which is zero.

Availability
